Terms of Service

Monstric is operated by Stanislav Vojtko, a sole trader (živnostník) registered in the Slovak Republic. Contact: hello@monstric.com.

Monstric is an AI-powered brand-building toolkit. It generates business names, brand kits, websites, and social assets based on prompts you provide. The Service is provided as is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Monstric. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

Monstric offers free generations subject to a usage limit, and paid plans listed at monstric.com/pricing. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Prices, features, and limits may change; we will give reasonable notice for material changes affecting active subscriptions.

Monstric provides digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, in line with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and §7(6)(l) of Slovak Act 102/2014, your right of withdrawal is forfeited once delivery has begun.

We do not offer refunds for delivered digital content. If something goes seriously wrong on our side, contact us within 14 days at hello@monstric.com and we will review the case in good faith.

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active and is not pro-rated.

You retain ownership of the prompts and brand inputs you submit. Once you complete a paid purchase that includes downloadable assets (brand kit, website code, social kit), you receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use those assets for personal or commercial purposes, including for the brand they were created for.

Free-tier outputs are provided for evaluation and personal experimentation. AI generations may produce similar results across users; we cannot and do not guarantee uniqueness, trademark availability, or domain availability of any name or asset.

You agree not to use Monstric to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or brand.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or violent extremism.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Resell raw API access or expose Monstric output as your own AI service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You are responsible for the names and assets you choose to use; verify trademark and domain availability before launching a brand.

AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, outdated, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing every output before use. Monstric does not guarantee the legal availability of any generated name, mark, or visual asset.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by mandatory consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monstric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Monstric in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence).

You can stop using Monstric and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for prolonged inactivity, with reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page or via email. Continued use of Monstric after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. EU consumers retain protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
